Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were lovely and had a fresh paint smell, but they were a bit dusty. They did serve us well for our reception and dinner. The service was a bit hit or miss as some staff members were rude and condescending, while others were a pleasure to deal with, very helpful, friendly, and professional. The location was convenient and quiet, making it popular with business travelers during the week and a good home base for exploration. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good buffet selection, but it was on the expensive side with overpriced items. Overall, a decent stay with some areas that could use improvement.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location is superb, just across from world-class shopping, and my room was ready when I arrived, thanks to a recent modern renovation.
