Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were lovely and had a fresh paint smell, but they were a bit dusty. They did serve us well for our reception and dinner. The service was a bit hit or miss as some staff members were rude and condescending, while others were a pleasure to deal with, very helpful, friendly, and professional. The location was convenient and quiet, making it popular with business travelers during the week and a good home base for exploration. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good buffet selection, but it was on the expensive side with overpriced items. Overall, a decent stay with some areas that could use improvement.

The hotel's location is fantastic, next to an impressive mall, and the rooms were very clean and came with Crabtree & Evelyn products. However, there were initial issues with room temperature that needed attention, and adjustments had to be made for accommodating the two children in the suite.
